The 300-room full service Hotel, located in the Chicago North hotel submarket, was originally built in 1988 and underwent a comprehensive $14 million renovation in 2018 and 2019. During 2019, the property realized $12.3 million in total revenues and an NOI of $929,063 (7.7% margin). ADR in 2019 grew at 8.6% rate to $136.2 – realizing a $77.5 RevPAR and 93.4% penetration index rate when compared to the competitive set.
